RITA’S REVIEW: STARLIGHT ON WILLOW LAKE

book coverOn these cold, dreary, winter days I thought I would pick up a light romance novel and sit by the fire. Starlight on Willow Lake by Susan Wiggs fits the bill.

Caregiver Faith McCallum finds herself on the brink of eviction when she applies for a job as a live in home health care aide. Alice Bellamy is a quadriplegic, with a nasty attitude and a wicked tongue. But when Alice takes a fall, Faith finds evidence that it was not an accident.  With Alice’s son Mason’s help and that of her own two daughters, Faith chips away at Alice’s anger, and gains a bit of her old life back.

This is an easy read – so grab a cup of tea and relax and enjoy. If you like this book, we have several more by Susan Wiggs. Happy reading!
